how to choose your arch level

Some quick ways to find the right FlexMotion™ footbed:

  1. Check your footprint by stepping onto a dry floor after a shower.
    • Low arch – Full footprint
    • Mid arch – A gentle curve
    • High arch – A narrow mid-foot imprint

  2. Stand naturally and look at your arch from the inside of your foot.
    • Low arch – Flattens or rolls inward
    • Mid arch – Balanced curve
    • High arch – High, raised arch

  3. Not sure?
    Choose the Mid arch, as this works for most wearers.
